today's the tragic day,
6 years ago...
9th of September 2001,

the day global terrorism just turned ugly


tis day, six years ago, at about 8am (local US time)
four Boeing commercial airliners were hijacked by 19 terrorists


two of the planes collided head on with the south and north tower
of the New York World Trade Center
one crashed into the Pentagon in Virginia, near Washington DC
the last one didn't make its target...

apparently, the passengers and crew retaliated against the hijackers
but, tragicly..
it crashed in a field southwest of Pennsylvania
150 miles outside Washington DC

the first airliner was American Airlines Flight 11
five hijackers took control of the plane...
armed with just penknives and box cutters..

the plane was then steered towards New York,
at approximately 8:46:30am
straight into the northern side of the north WTC tower..
between the 99th and 93rd floor

just when everyone tot the worst had happened..

after about 12 minutes to the first crash,
United Airlines Flight 175 collided with the south tower..
.. between the 77th and 85th floor

both towers collapsed in about an hour's time

the third airliner..
American Airlines Flight 77
crashed into the Pentagon at 9:37:46am


the last airliner..
Uniter Airlines Flight 93
went down in a field near Pennsylvania at 10:03:11am


just the incident in New York..
caused a fatality amount of approximately 2,603


these souls were lost in the two 110 storey towers
as wells as both the airliners

and a total of 2,974 fatalities were reported
as a result of all the four hijackings

the culprit??
al-Qaeda.. lead by tis good for nth asshole

P.S. : they'll find him sooner or later.. =x

the aftermath??
the world was left with burning rubbles and broken hearts...


"Fear" ....
the main purpose of these attacks..
and terrorism..
wasn't the major outcome of this incident..
instead,
it has brought the world together..
to fight the evil called terrorism


today, we commemorate the innocent souls
that were lost in this fateful day..
